VACANCY COMPETITION: (Leisure Sales Specialist)

Specialist in leisure sales, desirable expressive sales and communication skills, but experience is not a condition.

PLACE OF WORK: Opatija, Croatia

CONDITIONS:

*Language skills: English and German (in writing and spoken communication). Desirable knowledge

and Italian.

* High computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, applications within scope), desirable

knowledge of working at the Opera

* Desirable knowledge of the work process of agencies, tour operators and hoteliers

* Skills of planning, organizing and systematizing a large amount of data

* Ability to create a vision of development and transfer enthusiasm to associates, with teamwork

* Skills: independence in performing work, personal efficiency and calmness in work,

expressed presentation, negotiation and communication skills, resourcefulness in solving

problems

BASIC TASKS:

* Participates in the processes of planning, organizing, managing and controlling sales activities within and

in accordance with the strategy and business plan

* Participates in the development and implementation of all standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well

preparation of all plans and reports in the field of responsibility

* Development and implementation of monthly sales plan activities

* Planning and implementation of sales activities (Sales calls, travel – acquisitions and retentions of new

markets and partners, workshops, fairs…)

* Continuous development and maintenance of the partner portfolio and development of new potential partners

* Monitoring market trends and participating in the preparation of various reports on market trends,

competition products, product development, prices, etc.

* Participation in the formation of prices and sales packages, positioning policy planning,

participation in the creation of a marketing plan and annual budget

COMPETENCIES:

* High level of verbal and written business communication

* Expressed sales skills

* Excellent knowledge of computer work and MS Office packages

* Desirable work experience in similar jobs 2 years

* Knowledge of hotel programs and applications is desirable

* Good organizational skills

* Proactivity, communication, teamwork

MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* Education (preference is given to employees with a university degree)

* Active knowledge of at least two foreign languages ​​in writing and spoken communication (German or English)

Italian and English) / candidates with knowledge of several foreign languages ​​have priority
